Extra Tour Details
*Details of the Daily Program, which will provide you with all the privileges of MSC Cruises, will be sent to your cabin each evening. This program will allow you to stay informed about all the services offered both ashore and on board, participate in your favorite activities, and make your holiday more active. *All port taxes are included in your package price. Tax rates vary for 3- and 4-night package tours and are included in the purchase price.
*We don’t want anything to happen to you during your trip, but we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
*We recommend that you obtain your Exit Stamp from your bank before boarding and bring your receipt with you. If you haven’t had the chance to obtain this stamp from your bank, you can also obtain it at the port.
*For security reasons and to expedite embarkation and disembarkation procedures at each port, your passports will be kept on the reception deck. Your passport will be returned to you at the end of the journey. You must present your personal boarding pass when requested at all destinations.
*Depending on your nationality and itinerary, you may need a valid and up-to-date ID card or passport and visa. All guests must have valid travel documents.
- Passports must be valid for at least six months after the tour return.
*The relevant passport must not have been rejected before.
*Guests who do not meet passport requirements cannot travel and are not entitled to any refund.
*Place the clothes you want washed in the laundry bags provided on your deck and leave them on your bed. Laundry services are available for an additional fee and will be charged to your deck account.
- Our guests are not allowed to bring live animals, firearms, ammunition, flammables, explosives, piercing, cutting materials and tools or hazardous materials.
*It is forbidden to combine and use any entertainment or combination on board.
*If you are traveling with an infant or child weighing under 32 kg, please ask the attendant for a special life jacket. The life jackets provided in your cabin are for adults and children weighing over 32 kg. If you have any other requests, please have suitable life jackets delivered to your cabin.
- Smoking is prohibited in all interior areas of the ship. Smoking is only permitted on deck in designated areas where there are no “no smoking” signs and where ashtrays are provided. *Littering is unacceptable on board or at sea. Please do not leave litter on board or on deck. Use trash cans.
*The ship’s safety devices are not to be touched, and children must be supervised by their parents at all times in deck areas (deck, stairs, elevators, and around the pool). *Please turn off lights and unplug all electrical devices before leaving your cabin to help us protect the environment and save energy.
Cancellation Conditions
If the tour departure is more than 30 days away, the amount paid by the participant will be refunded without any deductions, excluding the expenses arising from mandatory fees and similar legal obligations (compulsory travel health insurance, payments made to third parties related to the package tour and which cannot be refunded).
30-21 days 85% penalty will be deducted 20 days and below
100% penalty will be deducted
