- You must be at the specified airport at least 3 hours before your flight time.
- According to hotel policies, the earliest check-in time is 14:00. Therefore, early check-in will be required on the first day.
- Passengers must complete online check-in 24 hours before their flight and can proceed with the seat assigned by the airline or, depending on the aircraft’s availability, they can select their seat in advance by paying a fee.
- Based on the tour return date, the passenger must have a passport valid for at least 6 months. The passport acquisition date must not be older than 10 years.
- Guests whose surnames have changed due to marriage must update their passports if more than three months have passed since the marriage. If individuals under the age of 18 are traveling alone or with only one parent, they must obtain notarized consent from both parents.
Cancellation Conditions
- Tour Cancellation Policy: For cancellations and cancellations between 30 and 21 days prior to the start of the package tour, a 50% fee will be charged to the consumer, and between 20 and 10 days prior, a 35% fee will be charged to the consumer. No refunds will be made for 10 days or less. Mandatory insurance, travel health, and visa insurance fees are non-refundable.
